With only a week to go to the audition notices being place for this years tours, things are getting very exciting in the Chapterhouse office.
Richard Main, Producer says 'With parts to fill and a few places left in our busy schedule I am glad to say that this year looks like being one of the most exciting for years. We have some beautiful new venues and lots of old favourites. We are just hoping for a lovely hot summer.'
As well as the Chapterhouse tours Richard is working alongside Lincoln Drill Hall and Lincoln BIG to bring together the third Full English Celebration which features arts and cultural events in the heart of Lincoln, for the second and third weekend of September. He is also preparing a short series of events for Lincoln's St Mary and Magdelene Church's Music Fund which will also take place in September.
|15th January 2013||Welcome to Chelsea||
We are very pleased to welcome our brand new Press and Publicity Officer, Chelsea Buckthorp, to the Chapterhouse team. We're thrilled to have Chelsea with us and wish her all the very best as she settles into her new role.
By some strange coincidence Chelsea not only has the same name as our previous press officer but also went to the same University that Chelsey is now attending. We wish her well in her new role.
Chelsey continues to have a wonderful time in London and we wish her well for her academic year.
Chelsea Jay Buckthorp is Chapterhouse’s Press and Publicity Officer. She is an English Literature graduate from Kingston University London, where she specialised in Shakespeare in Popular Culture. Prior to Chapterhouse, she worked in bookselling and events for Waterstones and is a regular contributor at The Lincolnite, an online news and events provider. As well as working within the media she also enjoys creative writing and is currently working on a soon-to-be bestselling children’s novel with her friend (well we can all dream, can’t we).
