Now in its ninth year, Chapterhouse Theatre Company is well established as one of the country's most successful and critically acclaimed touring Shakespeare companies. 'brings Shakespeare to life

dynamite' This summer's tours run from June until early September, and are expected to attract audiences of over 50,000 lovers of al fresco theatre. All tours feature a cast of professional actors in full traditional costume. All our performances take place in beautiful garden settings, where audiences arrive early to enjoy the gardens and picnics before and during the show. With champagne and strawberries in full flow and the very best in theatrical entertainment, our audiences enjoy a very special evening's entertainment of theatre under the stars. Amongst our 2008 venues we have the splendid Knebworth House, The Bishop's Palace in Wells, Exbury Gardens and magnificent National Trust properties scattered throughout the country. Away from England, we are performing at some beautiful Irish houses and castles, including Castle Ward and Belvedere House. In Scotland we return to favourites such as Finlaystone House, while in Wales the company will be at Chirk Castle among others. Chapterhouse Theatre Company offers a variety of benefits when supporting the company, which range from corporate events, advertising in programmes or association through our large leaflet distribution.
